Articles of agreement : had, made and concluded upon, in the city of Philadelphia, in the province of Pennsylvania, on the second day of September, in the eighteenth year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George II. by the grace of God, King of Great Britain, France and Ireland, defender of the faith, &c. Anno Dom. 1745, between John Cunnyngham commander of the private man of war Snow the dreadnought, and said Snow's company, on the other part, bound from the port of Philadelphia aforesaid, on a cruizing voyage against the enemies of his most sacred Majesty aforesaid
