Item Description:"The special committee appointed to "enquire and report what judges and other salaried officers in the judicial department ought to be prohibited form receiving their salaries, in consequence of their disloyalty to the commonwealth, " respectfully report, further, that they have examined many respectable witnesses, who prove the following facts, as showing the disloyalty of Judge E.P. Pitts ..."
